Hand forged Nakiri made from 1084 and 15N20 damascus cladding with a 1084 high carbon core, fused with a layer of copper/nickel. The handle is made from Christmas Bush and Bog oak with a white G10 and copper spacer. The term "Nakiri" translates to "leaf cutter", a great knife for processing fruits and vegetables.
